Physical products
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you can return the item instead of cancellation.
Digital products
As the nature of the digital products, they are immediately delivered to your PeerBey.Com account after completing your payment. Before buying it you can read the reviews, use the sample and make a decision to buy. There is a strict No cancellation/ No Refund/ No Replacement policy exists once the digital product has been purchased.
Return Policy
Delivered Books cannot be returned. Before buying it you can read the reviews and make a decision to buy. If 'The product delivered is damaged' or 'The product delivered is not that ordered', it is treated as Replacement.
Other physical items can be returned if you are not satisfied with the item, or want to purchase another item. But shipping charge may be applicable.

Replacement Policy
Physical products
User can replace the product within 3 days after it has been delivered if it is reached in a damaged state or the delivered item is not that you had ordered. To get replacement approval, you should report us the reason in detail immediately in this website or in our whatsapp number
+91 96050 02576 with the OID of the item. If the replacement is got approved, the product you had ordered will be delivered again as early as possible.
Our representative will contact you and help you in this regard. In the case of replacement, any refund or change of product is not applicable. The replacement request will be approved only by the following reasons.
- The product delivered is damaged
- The product delivered is not that ordered
Digital products
Digital products cannot be replaced.
Refund Policy
Refund policy is applicable only on product cancellation. The refund process will be started after the cancellation request has been approved. The refund will be to the source of payment done or to the wallet with your choice when you place the cancellation request.
Full refund
Full refund is eligible only for orders if they are cancelled before shipping.
