User Registration
Registration and membership is open to all persons over sixteen years of age who have an interest in our services and products. Users under sixteen years of age must first obtain the consent of a parent or guardian. PeerBey reserves the right to modify the sections of the Members Area, or all of them, at any time and without prior notice, in whole or in part. Unverified accounts and inactive accounts will be removed periodically in each six month. Accounts will be deleted or suspended if they are found with illegal activities such as,
- Posting dirty comments
- Using multiple accounts
- Application related malpractices if any
- Unauthorized account usage
- Repeated login with multiple devices etc.
Payment
User can do payments with their Debit/ Credit Cards, Net banking, UPI etc. We do not save any of your confidential details in our application or server.
Product Shipping and Delivery
Physical products
After your purchase we will start the delivery process of your order immediately. The product will be dilivered to your shipping address within 10 working days. You will be notified if the delivery time is going longer than we expected. We will share the tracking ID, courier service agent details etc, so that you can track and find the arrival status of your order.
Digital products
As the nature of the digital products, the e-books audio books etc. are delivered to the PeerBey.Com user account immediately after completing the order payment.
